Ursulinenkirche
Past the mighty east choir of Karmelitenkirche, the façade of Ursulinenkirche blends into the building complex of the women's order, which settled in Straubing in 1691. From 1736 to 1741, the famous Asam brothers created the church as their last joint work. In an exemplary harmony of architecture, sculpture and painting, it became Straubing's most beautiful Baroque jewel on the threshold of the Rococo period.
